Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchased item, simply return it within 14 days for a full refund (less any shipping and handling charges). We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective. No refunds or exchanges will be made after 14 days under any circumstances. All lingerie products - No returns, No exchanges. Sorry, no exceptions.

Exchange Policy

If you need to exchange your product for a different size, color, or style, just send it back to us and we will promptly ship you the new product (depending on stock availability). Shipping charges for exchanges will be billed to the customer.

How to Return a Product

Returns must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all original packaging, and contents. Only unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned. Items not meeting these requirements will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.

For returns, please email us at bevandcompany@yahoo.com for a return authorization number. Returns must have this number on the outside of the package to be accepted. Please indicate in your email if the return is an exchange or credit to your credit card

Send the item back to us at the address below by USPS or UPS. Packages must be returned prepaid—we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We recommend you insure the parcel. Include a copy of your invoice with the return. Once we receive your package, we will exchange or refund as you instruct.

Subsequent to an approval authorization, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1 – 2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

PLEASE NOTE: As soon as we receive your returned item we will send you a confirmation e-mail to notify you of your refund in the amount you paid for this item.
