Shipping and Handling to the Continental U.S.

Bev & Co.continues to maintain a minimum Standard Shipping Rate. Special Services, however, have been increased due to Fuel Surcharges imposed.

Orders will be shipped Monday - Friday (except holidays) by UPS. All orders placed after 2 pm EST will be shipped the following business day. Shipping is determined by the weight of the package. All orders of $100 or more will be shipped for free.

** All Orders Requiring Special Services Shipping, ie Next Day, Second Day, Third Day, must be placed by 12 PM eastern standard time to go out the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM will be shipped the next business day. No orders are shipped on the weekends. Weekend days do not count as shipping days! To calculate when your Next Day, Second Day, or Third Day shipment will arrive, add one, two, or three BUSINESS days (not including weekend days or holidays) from the DAY YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED.

We only ship to the Continental U.S.

Please complete checkout using our secure online ordering system. Once the total charge for the order, including shipping, has been calculated, an email indicating the total amount due will be sent to the customer. The order will be held for 48 hours before being charged to give ample time for any questions. After 48 hours, the order will be shipped via US Postal Service Global Priority Mail, with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days. All items will be marked as "Merchandise" on the customs forms, and the customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be imposed. Sorry, we are not able to estimate customs charges, and we are also unable to send items marked as "gifts."

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchased item, simply return it within 14 days for a full refund (less any shipping and handling charges). We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective. No refunds or exchanges will be made after 14 days under any circumstances. All lingerie products - No returns, No exchanges. Sorry, no exceptions.

Exchange Policy

If you need to exchange your product for a different size, color, or style, just send it back to us and we will promptly ship you the new product (depending on stock availability). Shipping charges for exchanges will be billed to the customer.

How to Return a Product

Returns must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all original packaging, and contents. Only unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned. Items not meeting these requirements will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.

For returns, please email us at bevandcompany@yahoo.com for a return authorization number. Returns must have this number on the outside of the package to be accepted. Please indicate in your email if the return is an exchange or credit to your credit card

Send the item back to us at the address below by USPS or UPS. Packages must be returned prepaid—we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We recommend you insure the parcel. Include a copy of your invoice with the return. Once we receive your package, we will exchange or refund as you instruct.

Subsequent to an approval authorization, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1 – 2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

PLEASE NOTE: As soon as we receive your returned item we will send you a confirmation e-mail to notify you of your refund in the amount you paid for this item.
